    - Fixed "size mismatch" message
    - Added selecting downloading system: Shell or Browser
    - Added option to register "z3xfile:" protocol at startup
    - Added option to ignore selected tools for displaying theirs models at "Shell" tab
    - Added displaying download speed
    - Added "Show card info" function
